ARC – Person Centered Planning for Persons with Disabilities

November 1, 2017 @ 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Everyone wants a good life. For all of us, making decisions about what that looks like can be overwhelming. Individuals with disabilities often face additional barriers in making these decisions. Person-centered planning is one way to help individuals get on the path to the life that they want. Come learn what person-centered planning is, try it out with The Arc’s new online tool, and talk about how to use what you’ve learned.

This event will be at the City of Bloomington Civic Plaza, 1800 West Old Shakopee Road, Haeg Conference room, Bloomington, MN 55431.

The event is free and a light dinner will be provided. Please register here: https://blmpcp2017.eventbrite.com/

You will receive an email from The Arc prior to the event with a link to the online tool. Bring your tablet or laptop or use one available at the session. For accommodations, please contact us one week in advance.
